So basically according to the picture at the beginning you should be able to fix this with the following exercises

Jefferson curls (for tight low back)
Sit ups (for weak abs)
ATG split squats (for tight psoas)
Glute bridges (for weak ass)

No, sorry but stretching the shi out of your body is not going to make your glutes work like they should, you want to see how glutes should work and function, look at isolated tribal populations look at their glutes and how they move, it starts with fascia and your feet if you have under-active feet your glutes will be weak.
