Ingredients:

Pasta:
24oz water
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
Pasta (as much as you want)

Sauce:
2-3 tbs butter
1 red onion
1 tomato
2 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
4-5 mushrooms
½ tsp of tomato paste
4-5oz heavy cream
Handful spinach
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried garlic
½ black pepper
Sprinkle of parmesan cheese
Parsley for garnish
