Start slow! So many people try to go out as fast as they can when running, but the best thing to do is start at a slow, easy pace that you can sustain and work up over time.

Here are some tips: have a forwards lean so that your legs catch you every step, this makes it easier, I like to look down so I’m not overwhelmed with the distance, relax your arms, control your breathing by breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth, start your runs slowly and build up so you don’t wear yourself out, listen to music that keeps you happy!! I hope some of these helped!!

A tip I have is make sure to pace yourself and keep a slow pace enough to run but also to keep your energy to keep going for long distances.💗💗💗💗

My advice would be to slow down and really ease into a run by starting slower and ending faster or just do a slower pace some days and faster others

tips like you asked as someone who runs everyday :)

1. listen to music

2. take breaks it’s ok to stop every couple miles

3. consistency. if you do it a lot it will get easier

4. set a goal and it will make you want to accomplish it more instead of just running

2:Breathe in through ur nose and out through ur mouth you need to breathe right and it also helps with cramps

3:DO NOT STOP UNTIL YOU REACH YOUR GOAL

A good way I get through cross country runs is thinking this is all going to be over in 15-20 mins and in an hour I’ll be in my bed watching Netflix so I need to finish the run

Here’s a tip for the cramps breath in through your nose out through you nose it takes a second sometimes but always

-sometimes before I start my run I will start breathing in through my nose out through my mouth
