My legs feels heavy most of the time and it usually takes about 1.5 miles before I feel good. I decided to try this since I have nothing to loose. It works….Thanks for the tip!!

I’m 240 and I’m working on the bounce. Thing is, I’ve always wanted to run but couldn’t go far. Since using your technique, I’m actually able to run - even if it’s a block or two - I practice this a lot, and at 60, this has been a golden experience. I had no clue and appreciate the insight.

As a big guy this is exactly what Im doing, trying to lift up... pushing down and back with the strike looks so much healthier, im seeing why those drills are so important, it's a skill to ingrain, im sold!
