As a cross country runner and a dancer I’ve on, y just gotten my first runners toe nail this year! As an avid runner, I just got runner’s toenail last month when I ran with Sketchers. The podiatrist told me to stay away from Sketchers moving forward. And the black part of my toenail fell, exposing the new nail starting to grow!
It’s very small now, but since you mentioned in the video that more athletic people grow nails quicker, I run a lot and I am a very fast runner, capable of reaching speeds of up to 20 mph! So I think my toenails might be the fastest to grow back!

Thanks doctor, my toenail is coming off and I can lift it up too see some yucky stuff and the bed. But also the matrix closer to the bone underneath the toenail, it’s sensitive due to only just being exposed to air, and the tips mentioned seem like this will help a lot. Thanks

i had a blister that circled my pinky toes both of them the other day i was able to take off the dead drying skin and both nails came with the skin no pain the blister was under in front and behind the nails without seeing it do you think there may be permanent damage to the nail bed

The whole right side of my toenail was torn and lifted up but the base of the nail still looks like it is okay. Is there a chance the torn side will reattach? My doctor said it will probably fall off.

if u have a fungal infection use vicks and wrap it up in a bandage every day twice a day in the morning and night time. first clean your toes with rubber alcohol and then get a cotton bug with vicks and apply it to the affected area. ive been doing this for 6 months and my toe is back to normal
