My husband called it cracking my code.
He’s the only one in my life that has cared
enough to do so. After 19 years he now helps
me figure out myself a lot of the time. He
watches my patterns and anticipates like
you. He’s my love and translator. ❤
Y’all make me feel not alone.

You’re my new favorite channel.
Thank you. Romance, logic, doldrums, respect, and poisons. Pass the squishy I’m hooked!

I'm the ND wife of a wonderful NT man. We've been together 30+ years now. My biggest tip would be 1. Give eachother space when needed! That includes him using headphones to not overload my senses, and me giving him a chance to go out with his mates when he wants a sensory overload.

If you get the sensory issues solved, you've come a long way! But it's also very important that my NT husband knows the whole society is adapted to suit NT only - and that life for us ND is often very tough.

Oh, and I can joke about my AuDHD, but anyone NT (including family) are not allowed to.

How to ADHD and ADHD love are two amazing channels that talk about it as well. If you have sensory issues, Loops earplugs allow you to have a conversation while blocking out background noise. They also make ones that can be adjusted without removing them, quickly and easily, to block 3 different levels of sound, from less to more, and they're called Loops Switch

The people commenting seem like by you guys putting your life out there is honestly helping them and making them not feel alone. Your wife feels safe, and that's the important part.

My hubby and I love doing crafts so we often are by ourselves doing our stuff. He'd pop in and see what I'm doing than go back. I have PTSD so he knows not to crowd me too much. When we got married we didn't know we had autism, my hubby got diagnosed than me. I struggled throughout my childhood but I hid it in my adulthood. My mom is Korean and any disability is seen as bad. So I hid it, my dad helped me when I was struggling. I'm happier now knowing what is wrong and I'm not broken. I had to go through therapy because I was having a hard time adjusting. It's something that could help if there's something she needs help with. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I discovered I have audio processing disorder too. It was something causing a lot of issues when I was a kid because I couldn't hear properly. It's not the ears but the way the brain processes sound.

My ND tendencies are like my height (I'm 5'2). It is not my fault, but is my responsibility to accomodate. Like when I grab a step ladder for a thing, or ask for help.

YES!! Exactly what I thought! The preface of the videos may sounds as if we are dealing with a disorder..I don’t know if saying “personality type” is adequate or if there is another word…but having watched a few of your videos, I am inspired by the recognition and awareness…and the mutual support and love! Old school logic would have used astrological signs to determine match..when it’s mostly about lack of understanding of personalities and how to make it work and know there is definitely love at the foundation

Some of the most toxic people I have ever met are ND. They are abusive to their spouses too, it is not okay!!

Without specifically saying it, you just said your wife has a disability.

Why are you doing this to your wife? This is cruel and insulting.

No one cares. Youre not in high school anymore. Stop looking for attention.
