Ingredients:
1 whole onion
1 whole red pepper
1 tin of red kidney beans
1 tin of chopped tomato's
2 large spoon-fulls of tomato pure
400grams of ground beef
1 beef stock pot
any desired amount of chilli powder

serves 4 meals
