I started collecting different books on both vitamins and herb's to read up on to see what each of them was good for helping and protecting your body from different diseases. I've been taking a one a day vitamin plus herb tablets nearly all my life and they have really helped me alot. Vitamins and herb's don't have nearly as many side affects as what a doctor prescribes. Back in the older days herb's was just about all they had but they lived longer lives! God bless 🙏
