The Muscle up is an advanced bodyweight exercise that you should train wisely if you want to keep your shoulders happy and achieve good results.

You can train those on a bar, on rings, at home, or at your CrossFit box, but one thing for sure - you should work on progressions before you go for the full thing.

How do u put weight on ?? Less than 7 stone thanks to covid for 3rd time n desperate for help..its painful being this thin n everyone thinks it's ok to comment but wouldn't if I was obese lol 😀
