But dairy does!

Plants are not mammals. They don’t have the same anatomical structures as we do. Plants don’t produce the same kind of hormones that mammals produce.

Plants contain PHYTO-estrogen, which is DIFFERENT from endogenous estrogen.

PHYTO-estrogen actually has an ANTI-ESTROGENIC effect in humans. It lowers our estrogen.

But animals do have similar anatomical structures to us. Animals make STEROID hormones.

Chickens, for instance, manufacture IDENTICAL estrogen molecules to humans. Identical. So when we eat chicken, we’re actually consuming estrogen identical to the estrogen our own bodies make. Which raises our estrogen levels.

And dairy contains STEROID estrogen, which also raises our estrogen levels.

So much so, that dairy accounts for 80% of the average western person’s environmental exposure to estrogen throughout their lifetime.

But plant based diets seem to drastically DECREASE the amount of circulating estrogen in our system.

The way our bodies get rid of excess estrogen and cholesterol is to dump it into our intestines.

And since we evolved eating plant heavy diets containing around 80g of dietary fiber per day, that fiber would bind to the excess estrogen and cholesterol and be excreted from the body 💩

But the average American consumes less than 15g of fiber per day. So there isn’t enough fiber to carry out the excess estrogen and cholesterol.

So a diet high in steroid estrogen and low in fiber 🥩🧀🧈🍳is like the perfect recipe for elevated estrogen levels.

But a diet containing NO steroid estrogen and HIGH fiber 🌱 results in lowered endogenous estrogen levels.

So if you want to avoid estrogen exposure, DITCH DAIRY.

It’s better for your health, and it’s better for the animals 🐮
