No sir! In 1 Corinthians 16:2, Paul tells us: "On the first day of the week let each one of you lay something aside, storing up as he may prosper, that there be no collections when I come, ..." The Lord Jesus was raised from the dead on the feast of FIRSTFRUITS!! This offering was to be done on the FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK. We all happen to call it Sunday. Christ died on Passover, as the spotless sinless Lamb of God. He was buried and fulfilled the feast of UNLEAVENED BREAD, when He was hidden in burial for 3 days. I will pray for you Tovia. Truly, you will see God's next miracle very soon when Lord Jesus RAPTURES His true followers up in the air to meet the LORD in the clouds, and be taken to Heaven. Then, the time of Jacob's troubles for 7 years will take place on Earth. God's wrath will be poured out on the unbelieving world. Unfortunately, Israel still wants a human to rule over them.... God so desires to rule directly over His chosen people!!! Same sin as in the days of Samuel, when the Israelites begged for a human king. God was disappointed, but told Samuel all the burdens a human king would place upon them. Nothing new under the sun, Tovia!!! This false messiah human will confirm a covenant with many for 7 years. But after 3 1/2 years, he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate. Tovia, we are so near to the building of the 3rd Temple!!! All over Isaiah God says: Thus says the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, their Holy One.... You will stand before the Throne of God in Heaven one day soon. Either as a believing man who embraces his Savior; or as an unbeliever, who rejects all the many prophecies in the Old Testament about The Son of God, Who so loved you that He was willing to be crucified in your place, so you could be forgiven all your sins, by God's grace and mercy through faith in God's Son Jesus the

Could you please provide me point by point arguments against Paul’s epistles and the book of Hebrews?

Amen if you looknat the calendar the week starts in Sunday. So celebrating the Sabbath or shabbat starts on Friday after sunset and ends on Saturday after sunsets

I asked a christian once why they don’t keep the Sabbath. His response was a first. He said the bible says to remember the Sabbath, not to keep it.

There is plenty of Biblical evidence which shows Christians regularly gathered on Sunday. This was most likely in commemoration of the resurrection of the Son of God and our entering into His eternal Sabbath rest, beginning on the first day of the week

Yeah I never understood why that was. In Spanish its more noticeable. The word is derived from Shabbat.

Rabbi Singer speaks the Truth. I researched this before I ever heard his explanation. Yes ...the worship of pagan gods was popular then especially the worship of the Sun. As for me, I certainly don't want to worship on a day that G-d never intended as the Sabbath. Do you?
