Hey BARBIEgirl! I absolutely loved this workout. I am more for laying down abs, but this was fabulous and doable. I also got a good enough calorie burn. I showed this video to my daughter who loved the Barbie top!

I absolutely love these workouts! I suffer from mennieres (vertigo), so i modify several of them, but as long as i can get a solid 30+ minutes in of active movement, i feel good!
