I'm 65 and kept up with you through 3 rounds!!! I looked forward to the exercise in between the quick steps lol! That fast step was a killer but I kept up!! This is quite a change from Fabulous 50's but I think she helped me get to this point!! Love you both! Going to set a goal to do 4 then 5 rounds eventually!

This is my favorite workout so far. I don’t run and this workout forced me to really get my heart rate up. Love the combo of running and slow down with exercise. Please do more of these. Thanks!
