For two years have had right side hip problems have been doing the wrong exercises started doing your exercises two weeks ago using butt muscles and turning my feet out can now walk without my cane Thank You so much from a 75 year old !

I can’t do number two exercise because if I get down on my hands and knees, I can’t get back up. Thank you for the other exercises.

Good day Doctor, I love your videos an the knowledge that you share, I have been doing alot of your exercises as recommended by you . However, do you have any suggestion and or exercises on lower back arthritis? My back needs decompression. It verybuncomfortable I used to go to the Chiro, an he'd adjust me then get on the machine for 30 mins it did help but now the back tightness an achy back pain is back. Any suggestions I would truly appreciate. Have a pleasant day🌷

I swim to keep fit as I cannot run anymore, I even find walking and hiking painful now. Sucks big time! Our swim training can be intense and we (I) use training fins alot to keep up.
I'm finding I'm in pain trying to sleep after a hard session. I also train with weights for strengthening the bones and tendons, ligaments around the bad hip. Thought I was doing pretty good until the last month. Actually thinking about a hip replacement at this point. I'm taking joint supplement and have upped my vitamin d and k2. I'm a 61 year old female.
