Double like a Mac, or a DLM, they have a button for it on the POS, but it uses the normal McDouble bun.

how to order this without confusion (from a former employee):
ask for a mcdouble with "no ketchup, no mustard, add lettuce, add mac sauce". you can also say "mcdouble dressed as a big mac", but if you have a new employee that's never heard that they will probably mess it up. i always order with the first option i gave and it's right every time
