Been watching since I was 18… turned 26 last month. Achieved a plethora of goals and perspective from your content. Thank you brother.

Been watching since 2016, this is peak Alex. Seeing your progress for the last years has been crazy.

Brother you are a treasure to the natural community. I’ve learned so much from you and you have inspired me tremendously. I can’t wait to see you continue to smash all your goals 💪💪

Absolutely incredible. These final few percent of gains really make for massive visual changes. Gaining 1lb of muscle when you've already gained 30lbs is going to make a bigger impact on the visuals than going from 10lbs to 15lbs. I wouldnt be suprised if the juice allegations (from people who've never seen your journey) start coming in with your current physique, looking unreal.

you look better than a lot of enhanced guys bro. I remember first seeing you in 2017 and im so proud of how much youve grown since then, both as a lifter and a person

I used to feel discouraged by people saying after the first three years you will barely look different blah blah but this is pretty inspiring to see someone who continues improving, looking better and getting stronger even after many years of proper training. Very good job 😎

You're a shining beacon of true natural potential for all of us Alex; keep preaching the importance of experimentation, keeping an open mind and of course trusting in the process for the years to come. This is the real golden era of bodybuilding 💪

Your 405 bench was huge, my ultimate gym goal is 180 kg bench. My progress slowed down significantly last year, went from 140-150kg bench, gonna bulk and aim for 160kg before July. Thanks for inspiring and dropping the knowledge

This guy is on a different level now... Wouldn't be surprised at all if people start calling him a fake natty, i mean, his progress is a real inspiration for all of us. He's the pride of the natty community! Thank you so much man! You're showing us it's possible to look like a beast when natty

you are truly breaking through the 'natural limit' alex, I believe we will see the rise of a super-elite natural lifter in the coming years as I belive you will bench 200kg or even more in your life-time, an absolute transcension in natural lifting is happening thank you for providing us guidance alex!

I’ve always been of the mindset that long term consistency is the most important factor for natural lifters. Anyone can show up to train for a couple months or even a year, but it’s the guys that continue to show up for 3/5/10+ years that really end up impressing. As long as your training/diet/sleep are somewhat decent, natural bodybuilding is ultimately all about putting the time in. And as guys like yourself have proven, the more time you put in the more you will reap the rewards of your hard work.
Good stuff again, Alex!

I started lifting 6 months ago, with no visible muscle mass on me. And through focusing on correct technique, good exercise selection, being consistent every single week, and keeping nutrition and sleep at least somewhat on point - I’ve completely transformed how I look. I look like I lift a lot, which I do, and I can’t wait to see how jacked I can get it another 6 months.

Improved my confidence so damn much. And while I can relate to the “forever small” type of body dysmorphia already, I’m still blown away by the changes in appearance and quality of life.

Never get random back pain like I used to, nothings heavy to pick up and carry in day to day life.

I could go on and on, but starting to work out hard at 29 was probably the best move I ever made, although I obviously wish I could’ve gotten on the train earlier in my twenties.

Truly better late than never.

Excellent work man 👏

Your achievements to me prove beyond doubt:
- Natty limit is a scam
- Bulking is worth it
- Progressive overload is never optional

I started watching you when I was 14, that was also when my lifting journey started. I'm 18 now and I can't even explain in words how much you have helped me with my lifting journey

Been watching since 2016 or 17, stored all the knowledge from you and others. Began training 2020 and went from 70kg to 78kg in a couple of months. Today I'm 86kg (not lean though, but still). I'm greatful for the content you bring to us! Blessings!

You look great at this bodyfat, Alex. Hope it feels alright. I'm getting some real Super Vegeta vibes.

Thanks for showing humility in yourself. You inspire me to stay humble myself & always be open to learning and never quit. You've really become a beacon for the natural community

I FUCKING LOVE THIS ATTITUDE.
I love the consistency and the attitude of reflecting, learning and doing.

The same stuff you're talking about I've done in different areas in my life, and I've been applying to working out recently.

I'm looking forward to reflecting on the upcoming years.

Alex is the most inspirational natural of all time. He's pushing past the "natural limit" and encouraging people to stay off of PEDs through the process by showing what's possible naturally. What he's taught me is that to get your dream physique, all you need is patience. Thank you Alex!
