Private carriers are leaving because the can’t stay profitable because of all the lawsuits. It is highly regulated when and if a rate is increased. The have to keep reserves (bank) to be able to pay a claim. If a large percentage is going out the door for legal fees that isn’t accounted for in rate approvals. Thank the lawyers and contractors they win. We all loose. She warned us about this 3 years ago. Now legislative inaction is creating horrible rate increases that had to be approved. I went from 1479 a year to 4479. That 3k increase in one year. Our lawyer friendly legislature created this mess

Because FloriDUH has helped turned this nation into the FASCIST nation for the21 century and the MAIN STREAM MEDIA, of which this channel belongs, HAS BEEN A BIG HELPER AS WELL. This is what Repuke party policies give you.

If people replaced their roofs with commercial grade steel, like I did 2 years ago, this wouldn't be a problem. My insurance inspector rated my new roof's expected life to be 100+ years.
