Don't get solar panels. You are asking for a quagmire of problems with homeowner's insurance due to the age of the roof and it is attached to the electrical grid.

Actually its not the wind mitigation form that asks the inspector for the remaining useful life of the roof. It is the 4 point inspection form OR roof certification form that ask for the remaining useful life. of the roof. ( just a technicality) I do these. I'm a Florida home inspector.
