Maybe if insurance companies paid claims like they should customers wouldn't have to file lawsuits. Invent a new reason not to pay. What caused the water damage? Rain? Storm? Flood? Plumbing? Fire hose? Because you need to add coverage for each individual liability. Excuses for not keeping their part of the contract.

In light of Hurricane Ian, I feel so bad for people that lost everything with no recourse for recovery. FEMA doesn't pay for all that much.

I'm having this exact issue. You're telling me that my neighbor can mount a camera on a pole in their backyard, aim it over into my backyard, over a fence designed to provide privacy? I'm not buying it.

Why would an Insurance company pay someone for a damaged 20 yr old roof. percentage would have made sense.
