About a year ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS.For several years, I had gained a lot of weight, felt tired, and had problems with anxiety. I had tried other diets but never managed to stick with them in the long term.After doing some research on PCOS, I came across an article about keto and found the motivation to give low carb a try. I wanted to improve my lifestyle and health and going keto definitely did.

Everything looks delicious. Thank you. For anyone who likes KFC coleslaw: I turned a recipe from my mother in law to sugar free coleslaw. It’s delicious and quite a lot like KFC. Shred one small head of cabbage with 2-3 carrots. (Of course, you can omit carrots and add some purple cabbage to the green cabbage or just use all green cabbage.) To the cabbage add 1 cup healthy mayonnaise of choice, 1/2 cup of white vinegar ( can also use ACV), and 1/4 cup of Monkfruit sweetener. We have not tried this with any other sweetener so I don’t know how it would be but we love it with the monk fruit. Chill before serving, usually overnight.

i tried keto diet because i want to lose weight, i just want to share my experience with it, its really actually hard to sustain plus i do experience very excruciating headache thats why i stopped it and started agoge diet. i did lose weight without all those bad things and i have never been happier

While not Keto pure this offers up some great inspirational ideas. Those who are true Keto purists will know how to adapt the modifications that are needed, what oils are best, rice, quinoa and potato alternatives. Thank you for the tantalizing ideas :)

I was going to say well done and noticed the channel is Well Done. No jokes. I am not a keto but a diabetic looking for options and the lchf looks good for me. Noitced ppl saying keto.Even if your recipes are off, ppl can adjust. too much complaints ppl

May not all be keto but you could switch h it up to MAKE it keto. Rice? Easy substitute for riced cauliflower. The protein issue where it's mentioned loads of meat with a side of veggies. Easy up your veggie portion and cut that steak in half. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to notice ways to switch things up to make them keto guys

The hardest part for me is that I have two younger siblings and a family with lots of background regarding overeating. And my siblings are always hungry when they come home so I figured I’d start this diet so I could help all of them and do various activities with each of them without their knowledge that their on a diet. I don’t want them to have expectations, or step on the scale to see they’ve lost nothing. I just want us to be an active family so I can rest easy knowing that they have a better chance at living longer, and happier lives when I’m gone.(I’m joining the Army I’m not dying hahah.) Also disciplining myself on command would be a huge achievement for me.
