Day 3 - conditioning workout
Today's conditioning workout with #GoRowIndoor instructor Clare covers the basics in terms of bodyweight exercises, all of which will be of benefit to your indoor rowing.

Squat x 1 minute
Romanian deadlift x 1 minute
Walkout x 1 minute

Perform each exercise, then have one minute rest before starting again. Repeat for three rounds.

Plank x 45s
Single leg kick x 10 (each leg)

Perform three rounds of the above with no rest.
