Here are some general DO’s and DON’Ts for setting when learning how to set!

1. ❌Not squared to the Outside
✅Squared (facing) to the outside

2. ❌Hands not ball shaped and fingers too stiff
✅Ball Shaped Hands

3. ❌Contact point too far in front
✅Contact point above forehead slightly in front

4. ❌Right Left footwork before setting
✅Left Right footwork before setting
