Point number 4....mega kudos on the side stepping out to that pass, and staying pointed at the 1 zone.
I see too many setters turn their back to the net (a no-no) when chasing a pass off the net.

Can someone tell me how do you make that kinda "Rebound" with ur hands? Like they go back and then release the ball, i've seen it playing but never realized how to do it
