Why you should stop trying so hard to achieve more.

Our society pushes us to "work hard" and "hard work" is the solution to success. But that doesn't make complete sense, because people who work hard don't necessarily make the most money and aren't the most successful, and people who are successful don't necessarily work hard. It's not about how hard you work, but how much in the flow you are.
