I changed my to do list app to Todoist.

I have always been a to do list user. It simply keeps me focused on what matters. And over the years I have improved it to work better for me and my needs. And for years I have used Microsoft to do because for its simplicity but you know what, I was limited, I didn’t have the visibility I needed to make my planning sessions more productive, ultimately reducing the time it took to do my planning. I recently changed to Todoist and the transition over the last several weeks has been so good. I didn’t know what I was missing and I wanted to tell you about it.

Thanks for your content - I'm a hybrid digi-log user and I'm tossing around the idea of converting to the Todoist app as it's highly popular. This gives me some insight as to the pros-cons. Appreciate your concise and helpful content. Love watching your channel grow.

Thank you for the video, which I find very informative, concise, and to the point. But regardless of that, I have to say that I find your way of presenting the content incredibly clear and very unpretentious. You have an incredibly great charisma.

Hoffe, das hilft dir weiter! 😊

Funny, I'm thinking about leaving Todoist for Microsoft To Do 😅

Yeah, I must admit, the calendar functionality is a friction point for me.
I’ve always had Apple only products and having to use a Google account just for calendars has been annoying. That’s what I have done though. And then it syncs into my iOS calendar app.

As for the other friction point you mentioned, I actually don’t know what you’re talking about so I can’t help you. Good luck though.

Interesting move. Been using ToDoist for several years and i find it to be powerful for all the reasons you mention. What I find interetsing is how do you integrate your work into this/ Manually? I ask because being in a Microsoft 365 environment its pretty cool to have integrations with To Do, Planner, Project and even Lists. Curious how your employer is treating ToDoist.

Was that a Pilot Frixxion you were writing with when you talked about having to cross things out?! 😁

Great video but I’m a bit confused by the projects piece. There is a projects section, you create a project title, and use tags to assign tasks to it when capturing tasks. Or add tasks directly to the project. Then for each project you can set the view to list, board or calendar view, set up sections (like Kagan) and move tasks between sections. Same as trello or asana. I think you are limited to 3 projects with the free version, unlimited with a subscription.

I’d rather chew glass than use Microsuck anything but thanks for the video.
