Let's HIIT It! 💥 Today's HIIT CARDIO & CORE workout includes lots of powerful explosive movements to build power and endurance. As always low impact modifications are available and just as effective so choose what feels right for you! We are going to be performing two straight sets of each exercise in the HIIT circuits and then we will finish it all off with a series of weighted ab exercises to build strength in the core. loved it! I struggled with the lunges on the second round and just did step back lunges. I'm a big fan of cardio so always glad to see some in this program, I've enjoyed challenging myself with the strength but always love coming back to some good cardio!
