there are 3 core things you guys should do for rapid body fat loss.. 1. CARDIO 2. DIET (Most Important I Believe up to 60% impact) 3. Intense Workout (5 days a weak)

ps. for the diet, eat clean (dont add salt or sugar to every food) eat less carbo, but more protein and fiber like brocolli.. eat up to 5 times a day but less portion then usual (to keep your body in active metabolic phase)

and stay fit by sleep enough usually 8 hours a day but try to sleep before midnight

After having started doing weights and HIIT, I don't do any running no more ... running is super boring and not effective in building muscles. Now I eat 5 meals a day and still have flat stomach and lost weight. combination of HIIT and weight training is so much more fun and helps shed the extra fat in my body.

All I been doing during this isolating period are his workouts. I been training my whole life and can’t go more then 3 days straight before needing a rest day. This is truly an effective method he has and works!

Guys this totally works if you do it 5 days a week, but my secret is doing it before you go to sleep. (Dont forget to shower afterwards lol)

These workouts are fabulous. I work a lot of hours on computer that requires attention every hr where luxury of going to gym isn't an option for me. These sets 2-3 a day are enough workout to get my blood pumping and keep me in check.

Great exercises! Back to basics. People often over-complicate Exercise. This is truth is all you need to do, every day for fast results, along with decent eating habits and lots of water in take.
