I am 52 yrs old, and all I want is to have some peace and tranquillity to live my life, without having so much on my plate, with out giving up, I know everything will be ok (I really hope so), but when there’s really nothing we can do to make our love ones “stop the talk and start to walk”, I used to do mindfulness and I feel out the wagon bc I allow my head to get crowded and quit!!
