Confocal imaging of primary human macrophages infected with pseudotyped HIV-1 virus: VSV-G/NL4-3GFP. This virus has Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) in place of the ENV & Nef genes of HIV-1. The blue stain is DAPI, which shows the nucleus of the cell. The red stain are the Golgi, which were stained with Molecular Probes Golgin-97 Antibody #A-21270 (primary antibody) & Moleculare Probes #A21424 Alexa Fluor 555 Goat anti-mouse IgG antibody (secondary antibody)
