Confocal imaging of primary human macrophages infected with HIV-1. A counter stain of the actin cytoskeleton is shown in yellow (Molecular Probes #A22287 Phalloidin Alexa Fluor 647). The blue stain is DAPI, which shows the nucleus of the cell.
