Confocal imaging of primary human macrophages infected with pseudotyped HIV-1 virus: VSV-G/NL4-3GFP. This virus has Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) in place of the ENV & Nef genes of HIV-1. The cyan stain is Wheat Germ Agglutinin from Molecular Probes #W32464, which stains the plasma membrane. This is a maximum projection image which is rotated between -45 degrees and +45 degrees.
