Lovely R.L. for one full month I didn't workout -too busy with personal stuff- but today is the day. I am going to get rid of last 4 more pounds. This year I already lost 4 pounds- and, even though it's getting really hot here in Osaka, I am going to workout with any of your workouts at least 5 days a week. I already walked today one mile and did your butt workout. With your beautiful positive energy and with my motivation, I know can do it. May 29, 2022

Rebecca you are awesome. I do enjoy your videos where you talk less but I know you are on a mission now. You look fantastic and have definitely become super fit. I like the stack exercises when you go through every exercise 1, 12, 123, 1234, 12345, and then 54321, but it is nice to switch out with different techniques--that is like this one-two repetitions of each or all through 5 or 6 exercises once and then repeat. I am grateful you have so many new ones and I love that every exercise has a different exercise outfit.
