I just started my freshman year of college, and I think it's awesome to see how some of my chem lessons coincide with what you're teaching, Cody! Keep it up, cause you're definitely a one of a kind channel, and I love seeing it grow!

I really love your Videos Cody. They get me really interested in chemistry and you make it pretty clear what you are doing in the process even though it's over most viewers heads, including me. Keep it up!

Apparently gold and aluminium form a purple intermetallic compound. Might be interesting if you tried a synthesis of it?

I remember reading how a long time ago that mercury was spun on a vertical axis to form a round horizontal parabolic mirror for use in a newtonian telescope. It would retain its parabolic shape on as long as it was spinning (because it is liquid). It was viable but impractical at that time. I wonder if warm gallium could be spun and cooled into such a parabolic shape and used (at night) for telescopic purposes?

Use dilute sulfuric acid to make the gallium bead up.
Also, if the gallium oxidizes, adding some aluminum foil and water in a container helps.
The gallium amalgamates aluminum and creates hydrogen. Any residual gallium oxide will be reduced to gallium.
The aluminum hydroxide will turn the water grey. The gallium will pool at the bottom and you can carefully decant and add more water and decant again.
If you want a liquid metal with an even lower melting point, you can alloy the gallium with some indium and also some tin.

Just imagine someone walking by and seeing Cody squeegeeing the silver off a mirror. Quite surreal.
