I had physical therapy years ago for really bad plantar fasciitis, and this was one of the exercises they gave me. It amazed me that a small movement had such a big impact on getting my feet back to where I could walk without pain! Thanks for the reminder to start doing these again, as the facia has tightened with age, causing a slight morning hobble.

I dont know if i tore my patellar tendon or not
So can a person walk if patellar tendon is torn
Because i can walk but if i walk too long or run it hurts a bit (i am confused if tendon is just strained torn or just stressed because i did get hit on patellar tendon few days ago...)
