Apparently some people don't know what this Bloodline do...
The cooldowns are 1 hour cuz these moves give you and your oppenent Rellcoins and Max-Level EXP.

The rell bloodline wasn't really made for PVP it was made to get rell coins, ryo, and exp. Although the damage on the C move makes it viable. Too viable

The first move of rell gives the person you hit it with 10k rell and 50 spins, second move does the exact same thing but only for you, the 3rd gives money, 100/second for others, 1k for you, The C spec gives them (I think) 20M xp and the Q is a counter that gives you 50M xp.

The problem is 1 hour cd BUT you have to be online for it to go down
