Basic Recipe: How to Make No Bake Energy Balls/ Protein Balls

This is a simple recipe full of good ingredients. Perfect for back to school lunches, a quick breakfast, snack, or pre/post workout food. This no bake recipe for energy balls can easily stir together in 5 minutes. You get protein, good carbs for energy, and healthy nutrients from all the ingredients.
Energy Balls Recipe:
1 cup rolled oats
1 TBSP Chia seeds
2 heaping TBSP ground Flaxseeds
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4-1/2 tsp salt
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup of add ins (chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit)
Stir together until combined. Wet hands and form dough into balls. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
