I will never forgive Billy Loomis for his actions in the Scream franchise. While he may be memorable, he's the one who started Sidney's trauma by murdering her mother.

Nurse Ratched is one of the best villains in cinema history!

Burke from James Cameron's Aliens and Elle Driver from Kill Bill is also another movie characters we won't forgive.

Ummm, Ratched did not win. McMurphy utterly humiliated her in front of the patients, and in her final scene it is clear her spirit is broken. Not only that but McMurphy gave Chief the confidence to leave the institution and live on his own so in a way it was McMurphy who “flew over the cuckoo’s nest”. If you read the book it’s even clearer how much McMurphy broke her.
