Thanks so much for doing another 30 days of yoga! I’m so excited to do it with you!!! I say def laces for me! Velcro is evil! Babies and toddlers with Velcro shoes always snag a parents clothing when they’re on your lap! Ugh!

A few things:

1. Thank you for making this channel. It's been super helpful with my mindfulness, breathing, and all around health.
2. I love your sense of humor, it really adds personality to your videos.
3. I've been living in Berlin Germany for almost a year now and I ride my bike everywhere. But I find my lower back hurts when I ride it too much. Do you ever have that problem too?

Definitely shoelaces 😅 and i’ve watched the background so intensely that the ducks must be fake 😂 Also, the clouds dont move. Thats a FANTASTIC green screen.

The setting is so beautiful. I really miss living there! For running, I like laces. But for normal everyday wear, it's gotta be a slip-on or I don't want it :)

Shoelaces - just as I was thinking my figure 4 was so much better than a few weeks ago, I rolled and fell to one side 🙂

I choose neither. Slides are my jam, sandals or flips. Hate tying and zipping unzipping! Thanks, Sean! I'm going to guide my mom thru these two flows - they arrived at the right time, go figure 😉
