I don't understand why the human body doesn't ONLY create a uterus lining when the woman is pregnant, rather than wasting blood every month

progesterone is the devil. it's what causes cramps. I don't mind bleeding for 4 days. it's the cramps and nausea I hate.

Pads are so uncomfortable to me when i have to go out anywhere on my period, i feel like i’m wearing a diaper. They’re fine as long as i’m in my bed wallowing in self hate and suffering from cramps though :)

I'm never having tampons when I start soon. Cuz my mum got TSS and she was in hospital for a week. Luckily she survived. May 14th 2017 😞
