the thing is tampons needs more space to expand and our insides also expands so using a test tube doesn’t really correlate to the situation but i see where you’re going through

It's not about the suction... If it's full, it needs to be changed, because as soon as you move around it will start to drip out no matter what. Btw I highly recommend period cups for every girl our there, save your money and the environment.
