I was traveling while trying to edit this, so I didn't get to add the ingredients on the screen. My apologies for that, but thank you for understanding. Here are all the ingredient amounts:

For the mashed miso tahini potatoes
▢3 medium sweet potatoes
▢1 bulb garlic
▢2 tbsp olive oil, divided
▢1/2 cup tahini
▢1 tbsp maple syrup
▢2 tsp miso paste
▢1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
▢salt
▢pepper
For the spiced broccoli and beans
▢2 bunches broccolini, stalks sliced in half
▢15 oz canned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (439g)
▢1 tsp garlic powder
▢1 tsp onion powder
▢½ tsp smoked paprika
▢1/2 tsp salt
▢1/4 tsp dried basil
▢1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Toasted Sweet and Savory Pecans
▢1 cup pecans
▢2 tbsp olive oil
▢2 tbsp maple syrup
▢1 tbsp garlic chili paste (more or less to taste)
▢1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Thank you for highlighting anti-inflammatory foods! I have MS and one of the ways that I live well with it is with a whole food plant based diet. Sweet potatoes are one of my favorites!

I love all your recipes, and I love how you do a debrief at the end where you talk about substitutions and alterations. I wish all recipe content creators would do that!!! It helps me come up with modifications for different loved ones' dietary preferences/restrictions, and gives such useful info, such as the baking vs. roasting sweet potato part in this video.
