Begin with lat pulldowns, doing 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps. This exercise targets the lats, try to keep your chest up the whole time. Next is the barbell row, going for 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps. Go as heavy as you can here, but keep your core tight and proper form. Now moving to the nautilus pullovers for 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps. Pull hard and lower the weight very slowly using full range. Then, plate loaded row, 3 sets of 8 to 12. Try to achieve failure in each set. As a grand finale, Hany has him doing dumbbell rows, 3 sets of 10-12 each.
