I always hear women talk about guys in ways that are frivolous . Thanks for bringing up the " conversation " aspect of a relationship ! I often think of a girl I met in 1993, we were together for only a few hours but the quality of those few hours remain with me to this day ! A good conversationalist will speak about oneself while being able to switch on a dime and bring the conversation on you ( in short : monolgists are boring ! ) .

First of all your voice is incredible soothing. Your advice is so good that you can't argue with it. You tell men how to get a non toxic girl and not to care about toxic girls or the opposite to be happy to NOT attract toxic people.

Listening skills are important. I can personally attest to that because at work, I have been speaking to this pretty Cambodian girl about all types of topics...I'm a good listener, but I'm also a very good observer...and I mentioned that I remembered her having long hair just a few months prior, and she looked at me with a tender look in her eyes and a huge smile. Then she went into why she had to cut it short (it was a bad hair-dying experience). But soon after that, she became more flirty with me. So, in short, it pays to listen, but guys need to also open their eyes and notice changes in the women they talk to.
