Device not supported. 2021 dodge ram HELP!

Plug a USB/USB-C cord in to the different ports. Give it a little wiggle. Mine was port #3 in the back seat. That Fixed it for me.

This problem popped up on my 2018 Pacifica after the radio/uconnect unit was replaced. The problem went away after I paired my smartphone with the unit. The "Device Not Supported " message is misleading.

Culprit was an iPad connected in the rear USB ports. Ended up moving it to a charging only port

My 2019 ram started doing it too. They say it's the iphone updates that doing it. It's widespread in a lot of manufactures cars.

Mine too, same thing 2021 ram 1500 Larime- possibly USB hub I think

Must remove negative battery post for like 10 minutes let it reboot the system. Plug back negative. Give it a couple minutes should be done.

Did u get it fix mine been doing it for months and dealer just replaced meda hub no luck

I just unhooked the USB port in my Dodge Charger and the message went away I always use Bluetooth instead of the USB’s anyways

I unplugged the USB that I was using to charge my Mifi.and it went off.

Mine did this and posted it on a jeep group on fb. I had a charger cord plugged in that was bad. I unplugged and that didnt pop up again. I plugged it back in and sure enough it came up again. Hope this helps

My 2019 ram rebel started doing that recently when I updated the iPhone. I can use it for music but when I try and call someone through the screen on the truck it says it’s not compatible and it’s annoying

Just invest in a multipack of cables. It's dumb. My jeep does the same thing and disconnects all the time

mine happens I feel when i get my car cleaned maybe ports are sensitive with dirt or cleaning solution?? ill try and clean my ports
