THANK YOU! I have been selling CDJR vehicles for 13 years. The 8.4 is a great system I bought a '17 Ram a few months ago. On Sunday, I was leaving Colorado for a 3-day road trip to Pennsylvania. My navi kept thinking that I was not moving. I stopped and watched your video which fixed my problem in about a minute. I spent nearly 29 hours behind the wheel.... so glad your video was here.

I recently (36 days ago) leased a 2022 jeep compass the computer screen worked for 8 days then totally black screen I brought back to dealer they say they'd tried a reboot but nothing happened so I need a new radio and they woul order it. Two weeks later I go back to the dealer no one can tell me anything but they guarantee me one of them will call by the next day with some answers. Now it's 4 days still no call, I watch your video and try it and what do ya know BAM it works. 1 MILLION THANKS TO YOU SIR!

Recently only my Bluetooth failed on my 2014 jeep grand cherokee and I kept trying and trying and would not connect. I tried this soft reboot and it worked like a charm! Thanks again brother 🙏

My text to voice messaging stopped working about a week ago. Even after re-pairing my phone several times it still did not work. I noticed that a couple of other apps were not working right and searched for a way to reboot the radio and found your video. This soft reboot sorted everything out! Thanks so much for posting!

My dad has a form of obsession with gear lever and he'd been driving his old car for the last 10 years despite owning RR and Porsche. It was ginally the time to say goodbye to his oldie ut due to technology and trend shit, I had a hard time finding a suitable car for him. After few weeks of research, I introduced Jeep to my dad and he's now a Cherokee owner. He's in his 60s and redundant to get used to new things and get along with it so here I'm helping him out.
