I hope this helps someone. I have a 2019 1500 5th Gen Lone Star/Long Horn and a Galaxy S22 Ultra. Android Auto hasn't worked for years, but I finally got it to work!

1) I unplugged Fuse F44 (radio fuse) from the interior panel and left it unplugged for over 10 mins. The fuse had no sign of damage. The panel cover is directly below the steering wheel, take out the screws at the bottom first and gently pull on the cover and it will pop out.
2) While waiting for 10 mins to go by, I pushed/seated the cables in the back of the USB port (front center console). You can reach the wires from the open gap on the driver's side by the gas pedal. It's awkward, but you can get to it and you'll feel a few sets of wires. One of the wires was bent down more than the rest, so I straightened it out a little.
3) After 10-15 mins I plugged the same F44 fuse back in and gently pushed in several other fuses that weren't in all the way/loose.
4) Plugged in the phone and Bam! AA fired up and back to normal.

So I truly don't know if it was the F44 Fuse or the USB port wires. I suspect it was the USB wires, but before this, I literally tried everything except replacing the USB port itself.

OMFG, this UConnect was driving me nuts not working. Thank you so much so showing me the light. You’d think FCA would put something a tip like this out there. Now to figure out what caused it to stop working🤔🤔🤔

Issue is the “projection manager “ tab is missing, use to work fine and now it doesn’t and there is no tab anymore???
