Great video. Very clear. It was exactly what I was looking for to access my IP camera records. One part is missing. I had to go to Windows Firewall, Inbound rules and Enable "FTP Server Traffic in" and "FTP Passive", then go to Outbound Rules and enable "FTP Traffic Out" and "FTP Server Secure" When you first open either of these directories you need to just click anywhere on the page or you don't see the FTP settings.

a very imp. thing to do before following steps in this tutorial. Local IP address has to be made static by going in network settings.
