Doctor Jo! You are a miracle worker. I was dealing with severe heel pain for about 6-7 months straight. I was regularly taking walks, but the pain threw a wrench right into that. On top of this, I also work on my feet, so I had to constantly ask to go home early, since I couldn’t help but limp. I tried EVERYTHING (or so I thought): special heel insoles, massagers, massage balls, compression socks, plantar fascia sleeve, night splint, special lotions, medicated patches, CBD oil, and even popping ibuprofen like candy… surprise surprise, nothing worked; and I lost a ton of money in the process. When I finally hit my whit’s end and I was contemplating chopping the foot right off (I’m just joking… sort of), I started scouring YouTube and came across this video. As soon as I started both of the stretches, I felt immediate relief. I spent so much time focusing on my heel itself, that it never occurred to me the issue could be my calf muscle… but it became initially obvious just how tight it really was. In the timespan of a mere week, the pain was gone. Just GONE. That was about a year ago now and I am still 100% pain free. So, I wanted to come back, share my story, and thank you from the very bottom of my heart. You gave me my life back and I will never forget it! ❤

My hubby massage my heel everyday but it wasn’t helping me . I was in pain everyday and can’t take my kids outside for their outdoor activities because my heel hurts so bad. I tried this stretching today and felt so much better right away. I am going to try the frozen water bottle massage tomorrow. Thank you so much for this video. I really appreciate it❤️🙏

I went to the doctor but he didn't take the time to explain things. So I didn't know what the point of these silly movements was. But you explained it perfectly and I am sure that I can relieve my pain with the exercises shown. So thank you very much.

Today is my first day with "heel that pain" inserts. They feel good - but, obviously, I will need more time before reaching any definite conclusions.

Thank you for sharing this information. I didnt know what was going on with my heel. I first thought it was a stretched tendon, but after six weeks with no healing, I now believe it is this planters issue. I will heed your advice, and feel better knowing what direction to go in. Not knowing is the worst. Thank you again. I now feel some hope.

I use the heel seats from Heel That Pain, and they are really good. I felt I still needed arch support, so I tried the "full seats" from the same company, and they are the greatest! Better than the custom orthotics I got from my podiatrist! I highly recommend both heel seats and full seats from Heel That Pain!
