Scrubber for Adobe Premiere Timeline NOT responding - Arrow Keys dont work SOLVED. You can use keyboard arrow keys to scrub frame by frame in Adobe Premiere. If this doesn't work anymore, try this. It worked for me.
Left & Right arrow not moving one frame at a time
Arrow keys have stopped working in timeline

Hi, I can't use my left and right arrows on Premiere Pro and it's not because of "Show Audio Units". In fact, they work if I hold Shift which is quite frustrating. If I try to use them without holding Shift, they won't work and my Graphics tab will flash. Can you help me?
