Premiere Pro Timeline’s Play Head Stuck Glitch Skipping

I found this problem in Adobe’s Premiere pro where the play head glitches while editing. Becoming a nightmare during editing… After different Google searches, nothing worked… But finally, I just reset premiere pro on loading… Simple!

Update! Afinal não resolveu... ou seja tenho que arrancar sempre com o ALT e marcar a opção dos plug-in's, caso contrario continua sem funcionar... :(
